Burritos Ahogados

Soaked burritos are a Mexican-American tradition! Our’s are stuffed with your choice of meat, shredded mixed cheeses, rice and beans. Smothered with ranchero sauce and crema fresca.

Choose from Shredded Chicken, Shredded Beef or Roasted Vegetables (mushrooms, spinach, bell peppers, onion and asparagus).

First Course

Enjoy our choice of one of the following:

Empanadas Colombianas

One chicken and one beef empanada stuffed in yellow corn masarepa. Served with Encurtido Colombiano.

Ensalada de Palmitos

Mixed greens with Hearts of Palm, dried cranberries, shaved almonds, red onion, tomato and cilantro lime vinaigrette. 

Any Cup of Soup

Chicken Pozole, Chicken Tortilla, Black Bean Soup

Second Course

Enjoy your choice of one of the following:

Pollo en Mole de Oaxaca

Chicken breast pan sauteed in our homemade dark mole from Oaxaca, Mexico (chocolate, peanuts, dried chile peppers, sesame seeds, tomatoes, wheat and seasonings). Served with rice and garnished with sesame seeds and raw onion.

Sopes Veganos con Camote (VEGAN)

Roasted sweet potatoes and onions stuffed with fresh avocado in two thick blue corn tortilla shells. Smothered in black beans and topped with tomatillo sauce and pickled red onions. Served with jasmine rice and black beans.

Encocado de Camarones

One of Ecuador’s most acclaimed dishes! Pan sauteed shrimp in coconut milk with tomatoes, onion and bell peppers and a touch of aji amarillo. Served with rice and tostones then garnished with cilantro.

Costillas de Cerdo en Salsa Verde

Slow roasted pork ribs in a tomatillo and serrano pepper sauce with potatoes. Served with rice.

Third Course

Enjoy your choice of one of the following:

Churros

Stuffed with Bavarian cream, coated with cinnamon sugar and served with chocolate sauce.

Guava Cobbler

Served warm with whipped cream.

Special Cocktail

Coquito $7.23

Dark and light rum with coconut milk. Garnished with cinnamon.
